Ayurveda is now becoming the fastest growing forms of complementary medicines in the western nations. Ayurveda views every individual as a distinct entity and therefore beliefs that every person has a different prototype of energy. There are three basic energy types which are called as doshas, which indeed is present in every person and are known as vata, pitta, and kapha.
Everyone has the aforesaid doshas but only one or a couple of them are prominent in a particular person which causes imbalance in a person's body. The main focus of Ayurvedic treatment is about rebalancing the doshas. It is indeed a natural healing system and is a proper preventive care system that directs a person to live a healthy life, free of any disease. It also promotes fitness and wellness, which makes a person's life more significant and peaceful as he or she grows up.Ayurveda works on the theory that diseases and ailments are a consequence of imbalance in the mind and body. Ayurveda focuses on restoring balance between an individual's physical, emotional, and spiritual well being by maintaining balance between the three doshas.
